The Hubside Fall Tour: Piergiorgio Bucci Wins the CSI4* Grand Prix!

Forty-six horse and rider combinations took part in the CSI4* Grand Prix on this last Sunday of September. Eleven combinations managed to qualify for the jump-off on the 1m55 course designed by Louis Konickx, boasting sixteen jumping efforts. Although France was the most represented nation in the jump-off, Italy ended up being victorious, thanks to Piergiorgio Bucci’s wonderful performance with Driandria.

Challenging! This is how the course designed by Italy’s Uliano Vezzani for this Sunday’s CSI4* Grand Prix at the HUBSIDE Fall Tour could be described. And rightly so, as only nine of the fifty horse and rider combinations competing in this 1m55 class managed to jump clear in the first round and qualify for the jump-off. This second round, which was full of twists and turns, was won in the end by the United States’ Laura Kraut.

Jessica Springsteen Wins the Longines Global Champions Tour Grand Prix of Ramateulle, Saint-Tropez.

 An exceptional end to this sixth edition of the Longines Athina Onassis Horse Show, the 17th  leg of the prestigious Longines Global Champions Tour and the Global Champions League! A stone's throw from the mythical Pampelonne Beach, in front of a thrilled crowd, America’s Jessica Springsteen won her first LGCT 5* Grand Prix in an exceptional jump-off. Earlier in the day, the provisional ranking of the Global Champions League, the team circuit, underwent some major changes.

The 44th edition of the Hampton Classic Horse Show ended in spectacular fashion Sunday, with two-time Canadian Olympic veteran, Mario Deslauriers, capturing the $300,000 DOHA.INC Grand Prix on his mount Bardolina.

Bronte Gray-Rochon Wins the $25,000 Show Jumping Hall of Fame Show Jumping Derby at the 44th Hampton Classic Horse Show

Bronte Gray-Rochon of Toronto, Canada, rode Williamstown Guidam to the win in the $25,000 Show Jumping Hall of Fame Show Jumping Derby Sunday morning at the Hampton Classic, on the final day of competition of this year’s horse show. The class was open to Amateur-Owner and Junior riders who had competed in the Welcome Stake earlier in the week.

Jumping International De Valence ‘Bosty’ at home in Valence!

End of the fifth edition of the Hubside Jumping International de Valence, with the victory in the CSI4* Hubside Grand Prix of the public of Drôme’s favourite rider, France’s Roger-Yves Bost, Bosty for the connoisseurs, the current Olympic team champion. The president of the show, the successful businessman and rider Sadri Fegaier, announced that for the sixth edition of the event, in August 2020, it will boast a CSI5* label again.

Ireland’s Shane Sweetnam Makes it a Three-Peat, Taking the $72,000 LONGINES Cup at the 44th Hampton Classic

Ireland’s Shane Sweetnam captured the $72,000 LONGINES Cup for the third consecutive year, piloting Kirschwasser SCF to the top of the jump-off. American riders Catherine Tyree and Adrienne Sternlicht came within hundredths of a second but were not able to beat his time.

Martin Fuchs became the sixth Swiss rider in the 62-year history of the event to claim individual Jumping gold at the Longines FEI European Championships 2019 in Rotterdam, The Netherlands today.
