As we have all made it home from the 2023 Kimes Ranch Jeans Western Derby, we want to thank our competitors, owners, fans, and sponsors for making the largest Western Derby ever a huge success!
Over the course of 11 days, we had over 3,000 total entries across our Derby, Spectaculars, and Horse Show classes and paid over $1.3 million.

Nick Dowers Crosses NRCHA Million Dollar Mark

The National Reined Cow Horse Association (NRCHA) welcomes Nick Dowers of Dyer, Nevada to the coveted NRCHA Million Dollar Club.
Dowers crossed the Million Dollar Rider earnings mark when he earned at the National Stock Horse Association Futurity Open Champion title aboard Cabanna Boy. With $1,006,910.74 in NRCHA earnings to his name, Dowers is now part of an elite group of reined cow horse competitors.

The Run for a Million Qualifiers Announced From the NRCHA Stallion Stakes

The National Reined Cow Horse Association (NRCHA) announced the top eight riders invited to The Run For A Million Cow Horse Event from the Teton Ridge Stallion Stakes qualifier.
Out of an 83-horse field, it took a 440 composite score to earn an invitation to the cow horse event, which will be held August 17-20. Nick Dowers riding Santiago Time, for owner Clinton Marshall topped the field with a 444 and secured a check for $8,835.
