Reigning PBR World Champion Jose Vitor Leme Cracks World Top 10 with Round 1 Win in Kansas City

Leme’s third PBR Unleash The Beast round win of 2021 earned courtesy of league-leading third 90-point ride of 2021 season

Despite his 2021 season having already been derailed twice by injury, reigning PBR (Professional Bull Riders) World Champion Jose Vitor Leme (Ribas do Rio Pardo, Brazil) is riding with the same seemingly unstoppable form that earned him his first gold buckle in record fashion in 2020.
After breaking ribs during the late February event in Fort Worth, Texas, Leme, who was subsequently sidelined for one elite Unleash The Beast event, returned in triumphant fashion on Saturday evening in Kansas City, recording his third 90-point ride of the year to win Round 1 of the PBR Caterpillar Classic.

Husband-and-Wife Team Repeats to Win $134K Cash

For the second straight year, former world champion bull rider Mike White and his wife, Hannah, of DeKalb, Texas, roped their way to a six-figure win in the #12.5 Oil Field Showdown on Monday at Wrangler BFI Week presented by Yeti in Guthrie, Oklahoma. 

Anchored by the 44th Annual Bob Feist Invitational for professionals on March 14, the five-day event includes eight affiliated amateur ropings and was held because of pandemic restrictions for the second time in Guthrie’s Lazy E Arena.

PBR Announces Preliminary 2021 Pendleton Whisky Velocity Tour schedule

Entering its seventh year of competition, PBR’s (Professional Bull Riders) premier expansion tour, the Pendleton Whisky Velocity Tour (PWVT), has released a preliminary 2021 schedule including 19 tour stops, with a minimum of an additional six in the works.
The PWVT season opens the gates on January 15-16 in the heart of bull riding’s homeland, Texas, with the PWVT’s first ever visit to the H-E-B Center in Cedar Park, and will end crowning a champion at South Point Arena in Las Vegas October 30-31, 2021.

Seeking his 12th appearance at the PBR World Finals on Nov. 12-15 in Arlington, Texas at AT&T Stadium, the veteran rider is now within 61 points of the Top 35

The two-weekend, four-event marathon of PBR (Professional Bull Riders) Pendleton Whisky Velocity Tour action in Casper, Wyoming, at the Casper Events Center came to a dramatic conclusion Saturday evening as 11-time PBR World Finals qualifier Valdiron de Oliveira (Balcimo, Brazil) delivered a flawless 2-for-2 performance to capture his first event victory since August 2016.
