The National Reining Horse Association (NRHA) proudly announces that Brandon Brant has officially surpassed $1 million in NRHA lifetime earnings, earning his place among the association’s elite ranks as NRHA’s newest Million Dollar Rider.
Brant crossed the historic threshold at the 2026 Buckeye Reining Classic, where he topped both the Level 4 and Level 3 Open Derby aboard Gotta Call Me Daddy, earning $8,126.98. He also finished second in both divisions aboard SS Coolhand Luke, owned by Sydney Allred and bred by nominator Silver Spurs Equine, adding another $5,068.89 to his lifetime earnings and officially pushing him beyond the million-dollar mark.
Known for his dedication, consistency, and success in the show pen, Brant has steadily built a career highlighted by standout performances at some of reining’s most prestigious events. Reaching the million-dollar milestone reflects years of commitment to his craft, the support of horse owners and breeders, and the talented horses that have helped shape his journey.

• 2021 NRHA Futurity Level 4 Open Top 10 aboard Gun A Lida (Gunnatrashya x Spook A Lida) owned by Cynthia Thiel, bred and nominated by David Schlabach, for $52,510.22
• 2021 All American Quarter Horse Congress Futurity Level 4 Open Championship aboard Starlight Flinn (In Like Flinn x Baby Red Gaylena) owned by Cynthia Thiel, bred and nominated by Mary Brown, for $33,907.17
• 2025 NRHA Futurity Level 4 Open Finalist aboard Gotta Call Me Daddy (Spooks Gotta Whiz x My Dad Is Shiney) owned, bred and nominated by Megan Swann for $23,750
