It was another eventful day at Art of the Cowgirl in Arizona. We hosted more clinics & workshops, Wrangler All Women's Ranch Rodeo Preliminaries presented by COWGIRL Magazine, Kimes Ranch Jeans World's Greatest Horsewoman Steer Stopping & Fence Work presented by Western Horseman and the Cowgirl Fiesta! We are ready for more events and a packed schedule today!

That’s a wrap on the first day of Art of the Cowgirl. It was great to see everyone back in Arizona at the Horseshoe Park & Equestrian Centre. Today included: clinics, workshops, Kimes Ranch Jeans World’s Greatest Horsewoman Rein Work presented by Western Horseman, vendors, Wrangler All Women’s Ranch Rodeo presented by COWGIRL Magazine and much more! We can't wait to continue on throughout the next few days as we make this a memorable year. Let's kick off day 2!

LAS VEGAS – Move over ProRodeo Hall of Famers Trevor Brazile and Cody Ohl and world champion Shad Mayfield.
 
There's a new tie-down roper who is the Wrangler National Finals Rodeo record holder – Haven Meged.
 
The Miles City, Mont., cowboy clocked a lightning fast 6.4-second run to win Round 7 Wednesday night before 17,185 fans at the Thomas & Mack Center.

Record-Breaking Tie-Down Roper Riley Webb Snares First Career NFR Round Win

LAS VEGAS – The memorable, record-breaking regular season by tie-down roper Riley Webb finally spilled over into the Wrangler National Finals Rodeo presented by Teton Ridge Sunday night.
 
The ultra-talented Denton, Texas, cowboy clocked a lightning fast 6.9-second run to claim the Round 3 victory before 17,625 fans at the Thomas & Mack Center.

Wrangler BFI Week Breaks Records, Pays Out Nearly $4 Million

Wrangler BFI Week, anchored by the 46th annual Bob Feist Invitational Team Roping on April 1, paid out a record $3.88 million to ropers and drew more than 2,000 teams. The event, running March 29 through April 4, was comprised of 13 separate ropings over seven days in Guthrie, Oklahoma’s Lazy E Arena. Aired live on the Wrangler Network, 112,000 viewers at home watched more than 3.3 million minutes of team roping.

World Champions Rodeo Alliance (WCRA) Announces Marquee Partnership With Wrangler

The WCRA (World Champions Rodeo Alliance) has announced a partnership with Wrangler as the "Official Jeans and Shirts" of the organization.
 
“WCRA is honored to welcome Wrangler as our first national sponsorship partner,” said WCRA President Bobby Mote. “WCRA and Wrangler share a common interest in growing the sport of rodeo.
