The BO Ranch Show Season Takes Off

La Chapelle-La-Reine, March 31—Provided by International Horse Press— The intense BO Ranch Show Season is off to a start with the inaugural KICKOFF event.

With two days open to riders able to try their horses in the impressive show arena, on Wednesday, March 30, competitors were officially welcomed with the Riders Meeting and today made their way into the pen to perform in the NRHA Jackpot Open and Non Pro classes.

Stefano Ferri & Lil Modern Spark

 

The first horse-and-rider to bring home the first-place Kickoff ribbon with a 72 score was Stefano Ferri riding Lil Modern Spark owned by BO Ranch. A point behind, young Lilou Duputel closed in second place riding Doctors Orders owned by Bastien Bourgeois. The opening class was the NRHA Jackpot Open sponsored by BC Sellerie who also sponsored the Jackpot Non Pro where Gregory Morat aboard his own TG West Joe Cash posted a 70.5 for the win.

The $17.000-added event will offer more exciting competition as well as fun for horse lovers in a family atmosphere until Sunday April, 4.

The season will continue with the Derby & Maturity on June 7-12,  and will close with the Futurity on August 23-27.
